About The Position

Velox, the developer of the world’s only mass production direct-to-shape digital decoration solutions, is seeking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to supports Velox`s customer, based in Israel north area (Haifa).

  • Provide troubleshoots and resolve any issues with Velox Digital printing machines and ensure the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Provide on-site technical support and machine upgrades at customer site
  • Be a focal point for the communication with the customer
  • Train field service engineers and customers.
  • Support and initiate technical documentation writing.
  • The FSE will be based in Israel north area (Haifa).
  • Ability to travel worldwide from time to time, to support installations and ramp-ups, as well as visit customer sites on an ongoing basis as needed.


  • B.Sc in Engineering or practical engineer
  • Proven field experience as a support specialist in an international, multidisciplinary company
  • Availability for extensive travel abroad and flexible working hours – mandatory
  • Good English skills both oral and written- mandatory
  • Proven application and technical experience with inkjet printers – significant advantage
  • Self-learning capabilities, with ability to work in a team and alone under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, well organized and trustworthy
