Thomas has over 25 years of professional experience on both sides of the investment fence. With a PhD in Chemistry, he has worked in two startups (US and Germany) and his own consultancy in the field of chemo-informatics & computer-aided drug design. In 2007 he joined Henkel, leading R&D teams, strategy and new business development projects, and then serving as Senior Investment Manager for Adhesive Technologies before joining ALTANA in 2020.
